New Client Consultation
The initial consultation creates space to briefly discuss your needs and goals, while giving you the chance to share your preferences and ask questions. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, processing trauma or seeking personal growth, this consultation is about ensuring you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you begin your therapy journey.
Adult Psychotherapy (18+ years of age)
A person-centered therapeutic approach in which you seek guidance from your therapist to nurture or sustain your mental health and well-being. As the expert of your own experience, you will embark on a collaborative journey to cultivate meaningful transformation in your thoughts, emotional experiences, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
Youth & Teens Psychotherapy (12 - 17 years of age)
Youth and teen therapy provides a non-judgmental space for adolescents to explore their emotions, challenges, and identity. Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, therapy helps teens develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and build self-confidence. It’s an essential tool for supporting emotional well-being during a time of significant change and growth.
Child Psychotherapy (3 - 11 years of age)
Play and talk therapy for children combines creative activities with verbal and non-verbal expression to help them process emotions, navigate challenges, and develop coping skills. This allows children to express themselves in a developmentally appropriate way, while talk therapy helps them understand and articulate their thoughts and feelings. Together, these approaches create a supportive space for emotional healing, growth, and improved self-esteem.
Couples / Relationship Therapy
Couples and relationship therapy helps partners work together and individually to create meaningful change in their relationship. By addressing challenges, improving communication, and understanding each other’s needs, therapy fosters deeper connections and positive transformation. It’s a valuable tool for building a stronger, more resilient partnership - now and in the future. We may meet both as a group and individually to foster safe spaces for open dialogue and personal skill-building.
Family Therapy
Family therapy works to heal past wounds, build support, and enhance understanding within the family. By addressing intergenerational issues, it lays the groundwork for the next generation to flourish, fostering positive change and stronger, healthier family bonds. We may meet both as a group and individually to create safe spaces for open and honest dialogue.
