New Client Consultation

The initial consultation creates space to briefly discuss your needs and goals, while giving you the chance to share your preferences and ask questions. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, processing trauma or seeking personal growth, this consultation is about ensuring you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you begin your therapy journey.

Adult Psychotherapy (18+ years of age)

A person-centered therapeutic approach in which you seek guidance from your therapist to nurture or sustain your mental health and well-being. As the expert of your own experience, you will embark on a collaborative journey to cultivate meaningful transformation in your thoughts, emotional experiences, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.

Parental Consultation

Parental consultations offer a dedicated space for adults to discuss their child's history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. To ensure open and safe communication, we kindly ask that children do not attend these sessions. We, generally, book this type of appointment before we see your child and, potentially, across time if needed.

Psychotherapy - Other

Navigating life’s challenges can be complicated and isolating, which may be why you are looking for support and a place to process your story. Therapy offers a space to explore life’s complexities and understand how to manage through challenges and setbacks. I aim to be a non-judgmental presence to collaborate on what you hope to achieve. Whether it be processing traumatic experiences, navigating interpersonal difficulties, working on your self-view, tackling a specific task, or finally sharing your story, I will compassionately listen and be invested in your goals with you.

With multiple years of experience in the mental health field supporting those with diverse lived experiences who are in crisis, need support, guidance, or to be truly heard, I have always hoped to be that accepting and authentic space for anyone who needs it. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to work with individuals who have faced complex trauma, abuse, interpersonal challenges, numerous mental health diagnoses, addiction, struggles with self-confidence, depression, anxiety, and more. In our first session, we’ll seek to identify the areas of focus. Then, we can go from there to create a plan and begin collaboratively moving forward.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy travelling, either to encounter new people and places, or to visit my first home, England. When I’m not travelling, I might be reading, watching live music, or spending as much time outside as possible. I believe in each person’s potential to evolve, even through difficulties. As we access more healing and comfort, the ripple effect continues to those around us and beyond.

I provide psychotherapy to children, youth and adults experiencing the effects of depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional exhaustion, grief, interpersonal relationship difficulties, trauma, life situations such as divorce, abuse or illness, and more. Whether I am being silly with children to demonstrate what different emotions look like or immersed in compassionately exploring significant challenges with adults, I come from a place of warm regard, optimism, and collaboration to support your empowered journey. All of this practice is grounded in being strength-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed at each step.

With almost 20 years of healthcare industry experience in different specialties, I come to therapy with a great deal of work, and life experience to support and advocate for you. I use an integrative therapy approach to address the unique needs of each client, meaning I use techniques and interventions from various therapeutic modalities to find the best fit (e.g., play therapy, DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, EMDR, IFS, EFT). We can discuss these approaches and see what interests you.

I work within a culturally inclusive and socially just model, and I offer a safe environment to embark on your journey of personal growth. All clients are welcome to join therapy with me.
